- 01Most drink containers between 150ml and 3L are eligible — including aluminium, glass, plastic, and liquid paperboard. They need to be empty, uncrushed, and have the label attached (if it's readable).
- 02No sorting is required. Just make sure containers are empty and reasonably clean — no need to scrub, just tip and go.
- 03Our machines identify most containers by shape and material, not just barcodes — so faded or slightly crushed ones are usually fine.
- 04Very. Each machine can process around 100 containers per minute. With two machines running, wait times are kept low.
- 05You don’t need one, but it’s the easiest way to get your refund straight to your bank account. Otherwise, you can choose a printed ticket for cash or donate to charity.
- 06We offer three options: direct deposit via Scheme ID, cash via printed ticket, or donation to a registered cause.
- 07No bookings required. Just drive in during our open hours and return at your convenience.
- 08Mon - Fri : 9am - 5pm Sat - Sun : 10am - 3pm
- 09Absolutely. Our team is always on site to assist if something isn’t working or if you’re unsure.
- 10Yes. Our facility is monitored, the machines are tamper-resistant, and cash is securely managed.
- 11Definitely. We welcome bulk returns from community groups, businesses, and schools. Contact us if you need help setting up.
